We want you to love your fidget—seriously. But if something’s off, here’s how we make it right.

💸 Refunds

If your item shows up damaged or defective, we’ve got you. Just send a photo and your order number to support@flxfam.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund—easy as that.

🔄 Returns

Every FLX FAM word is custom 3D-printed just for you, so we don’t accept general returns. But if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right—no stress. Return shipping is on you unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we receive the return.

🚚 Lost Packages

If your order goes MIA, let us know. We’ll help track it down or send you a replacement if it’s officially lost.
